Sex is a metaphor for life. Your personal strengths and weaknesses will manifest themselves in both life and sex in much the same way. Sexual integration opens you to becoming your full self and expands beyond the bedroom into every area of your life.
Join Jim Benson and Robert Glover in an intimate workshop experience that will include presentations, group discussion, rituals, physical practices, guided imagery, personal exploration, group interaction and sharing.
Workshop topics will include:
Learning and practicing the three stages of becoming integrated in sex and life
Embracing the playful side of sex.
Learning how to ask for what you want.
Learning to set the tone for sexual reciprocity.
Exploring the pleasure of polarity.
Practicing the three rules for great sex (and a great life).
Connecting with your animal body.
Overcoming self-limiting beliefs and letting go of fear.
Aligning internal experience with external appearance.
Becoming fully present in life and the bedroom.
